They were reliable, communicative, and accessible. We were leaving the day they started the sump pump installation job. They arrived on time and got right to work. The guys were polite and professional, explained exactly what they’d be doing. We left town and the owner called to let me know they had finished. When we returned, the basement was finished and all materials were cleaned up. It honestly looked more clean than when I had left. We had one issue with a drain at the basement door. It wasn’t properly draining into the sump system. I called and within 24 hours, they were out to connect the drain to the sewer line instead. Again, they were professional and worked quickly. I’ve had no problems since and I love the dry basement! I would highly recommend this company. Ryan and his team really took care of us.

I had a retaining wall that was in disrepair. They came out and secured and repaired the retaining wall quickly. It is working as it should and looks much better than it did before.

We had them come out and perform foundation repair to fix some issues we were having. They also added some downspout extensions to prevent many of the water issues we may have.

They waterproofed my crawl space and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They used excellent quality materials and completed the job on time. The staff were organized and knowledgeable in all details of the job. The crew arrived on site on time as promised. They reviewed the crawl space area and explained to me what would be taking place in detail. They protected all areas of the home they would be accessing by placing protective coverings on the floor. They worked the entire time with only taking a short lunch break. They cleaned up their tools and area the first day and returned the next morning on time to finish the job. They also had to dig a drain pipe in the backyard and took care to not damage the yard. They came the final day to inspect the completion and go over any questions I may have had. They also offered additional service to inspect and maintain the crawl space and sump pump on a yearly cycle which I have signed up for. I would recommend this company and feel they will stand behind their work at all times.

We called them and they came out to evaluate the situation with our foundation. He secured the house until the repairs were started. The repairs were made in a timely manner as promised. The collapsed section of wall and debris was removed. The footing was poured. The new wall and window were installed, and the drainage system with the sump pump was put in place.

Their team installed a basement waterproofing system in my home about a year ago. I was having trouble with water entering my basement during heavy rains, and a moist, damp feeling in the air when I went downstairs. The team was professional, well prepared, and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. The system does whats it’s advertised to do, and I have not had any issues with water entering my home since. Good company, even better product.

We live in a house with a full basement that was built in 1915. The house has three full stories. We had noticed a new plaster crack in the second story and wanted to be sure the foundation was stable. The representative came, looked at the foundation and basement, and pointed out a few things we could do ourselves to keep the foundation area dryer. He also told us that the plaster crack was caused by settling from the weight of the house on the support beams in the basement (not basement walls). He explained what they could do to improve the support system in the basement and gave us a quote if we wanted to do the work, but was honest enough to tell us that the house was very stable in its present condition, which is what we really wanted to know.
